All information herein must be read and the terms and conditions accepted BEFORE operating the equipment. If you do not agree with any of the conditions then you should contact us by one of the methods on the front of this warranty document to seek assistance. Operating the product, damaging or losing packaging and/or any included components will be taken as an assumption of acceptance of these warranty terms and conditions.

SODA STREAM PHILS. Warrants, subject to the terms and conditions included in this document, that this product is in good condition, in full working order and free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months. Product found to be faulty can be returned for repair or replacement by MAX.IDEAS MARKETING CORP.

This warranty excludes damage/failure due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, and negligence, abnormal or unusually heavy use. It also excludes damage/failure due to external factors such as overload, excessive use. It does not cover damage or failure due to unauthorized modifications, improper use, operation, testing, repair or attempted repair. The warranty will not apply where it is determined that the failure/damage is no fault of the product itself. The warranty is not transferable and is voided if the original factor serial number is removed or altered, or the product has been opened by a party other than MAX.IDEAS MARKETING CORP.

The benefits conferred under this warranty in no way diminish the rights or remedies available under the relevant consumer and/or trade practices legislation enacted in the country of purchase.

SODA STREAM PHILS. Will cover expenses involved with labor and parts on products which are under warranty and provided with suitable documentation.

We reserve the right to either repair or replace at our discretion. Replacement may be either new or refurbished and while every endeavor will be made to ensure it is the same model. If you do not provide acceptable proof of purchase or product is deemed to have been misused or incorrectly maintained then repair/replacement (including courier/handling fees) will be charged.

Tracability of machines assembly

1. Incoming inspection

Each part and raw material is identified by a label containing: Part No., Received date,
supplier

2. Manufacturing

Each batch of parts has a route card with production details: Raw material, machine, date &
hour, worker and QC stamp

3. Sub-assembly

Similar to production each batch has a route card with all parts detail from production or from
incoming inspection, assembly date and in-process inspector stamp

4. Machines assembly

Each batch of assembled machines has a route card with: Parts details, assembly line number,
assembly date, machines first and last serial numbers of the batch, and final inspection stamp

5. Machine ID – Serial number

Each machine has its own serial number to identify full tracability according to Soda Club
instruction PS-QA1-09.
